OUR 5 STEP PROCESS

1. Initial Consultation and Project Planning
  • Client Meeting: Start by meeting with your client to discuss their video project. This meeting can be in person, over the phone, or via video conference.

  • Project Brief: Gather detailed information about the client's goals, vision, target audience, and budget. This step is crucial for understanding the scope of the project.

  • Storyboarding and Concept Development: Work with the client to create a video concept or storyboard that aligns with their objectives and vision.

  • Estimate and Proposal: Provide the client with a detailed project estimate, including a breakdown of costs, timelines, and deliverables. Once agreed upon, present a formal proposal for their review and approval.

2. Pre-Production Planning
  • Location Scouting: If the project involves shooting at specific locations, scout and secure the necessary shooting locations, permits, and permissions.

  • Crew and Talent: Determine whether additional crew members, such as camera operators, lighting technicians, or makeup artists, are needed. Also, if actors or on-screen talent are required, audition and cast them during this stage.

  • Equipment and Gear: Confirm the equipment and gear needed for the shoot and make any necessary rentals or purchases. Ensure everything is in working order.

  • Production Schedule: Develop a production schedule that outlines shooting dates, times, and locations. Share this schedule with the client for coordination.

  • Script and Shot List: Finalize the script and shot list, ensuring it aligns with the storyboard and concept.

3. Production
  • Filming: Conduct the actual video shoot, following the production schedule and adhering to the pre-planned shot list. Ensure that all necessary shots and scenes are captured according to the project requirements.

  • Direction: Direct the talent, camera operators, and other crew members to achieve the desired shots and performances.

  • Quality Control: Monitor the footage and audio to ensure the quality is as expected, making any necessary adjustments during the shoot.

4. Post-Production and Editing
  • Footage Review: Review all the footage and select the best takes for editing.

  • Editing: Begin the post-production process, which includes video editing, sound editing, color correction, and the addition of graphics or animations.

  • Client Feedback: Share drafts of the edited video with the client for their feedback and input. Make necessary revisions based on their comments.

  • Finalization: Once the client is satisfied with the final edit, make any remaining adjustments, add music or sound effects, and prepare the video for delivery.

5. Delivery and Client Approval
  • Delivery: Provide the client with the final video in the format they require (e.g., digital file, DVD, online upload).

  • Client Review: Allow the client to review the final video and make any last-minute changes if needed.

  • Client Approval: Once the client is satisfied, secure their formal approval, and deliver the video according to their specifications.
